- 5+ years in similar position
- 10+ years in Accounting, Finance Related positions
- Experience in medical device industry is desirable
Functions and Responsibilities
1. Management of the accounting and administration of the Company, including liaison with auditors and consultants.
2. Oversee and validate the Company's financial planning and control: annual budget and periodic review.
3. Oversee and validate the Company's cash control: annual forecast development and periodic review.
4. Cash and treasury management, including relationships with potential investors (fundraising) and financial institutions.
5. Financial communication management: internal and external (investor) reporting of financial information.
6. Overseeing the financial justification of grants.
7. Monitoring the correct use of the company's financial resources.
8. Ensure that the Company complies with its fiscal/tax obligations.
9. Support strategic, operational and commercial decisions by providing insight into the financial implications.
10. Managing the company's legal documentation.
